Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after [12:00] will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7 –10 days from dispatch.

Remote areas or peak seasons may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address Issues & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus shipping.
Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items marked pre-order/backorder will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. We’ll email updated ETA(s) if timelines change.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees set by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs processing can add extra time beyond our 10–12 day guideline.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived 12 days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

For damaged items, email photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to update your address or cancel? Email us within [1 hour] of placing your order. After dispatch, we can’t make changes.
