Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after [12:00] will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 7 –10 days from dispatch.

  • Remote areas or peak seasons may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • We ship with [Carrier(s): e.g. USPS, DHL] and provide tracking whenever it becomes available.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Issues & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus shipping.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Items marked pre-order/backorder will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. We’ll email updated ETA(s) if timelines change.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees set by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing can add extra time beyond our 10–12 day guideline.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order hasn’t arrived 12 days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

  • For damaged items, email photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to update your address or cancel? Email us within [1 hour] of placing your order. After dispatch, we can’t make changes.
